Frequently Asked Questions
The Talent Day is for top digital talents interested in connecting with forward-thinking companies. We do, however, focus on early-career professionals, meaning students (including MBAs), graduates, and young professionals (<5 years experience).
While many participating talents come from the best universities and have work experience in digital companies, we encourage anyone to apply. Previous participants have included a molecular biologist, a former government official, and army personnel.
The Talent Day costs 19€ and covers the program, as well as food & beverages throughout the event.
Although we'd love to offer participation free of charge, we've realized that having a fee is the best way to ensure that people truly value the experience and commit to the program. That said, we work tirelessly with sponsors to reduce the cost of tickets so that they remain affordable while you get the maximum experience.

Click on "apply now" on the Talent Day event page or here to register for a TalentSpace account. Thereafter, you'll have access to the event dashboard with an overview of all the upcoming events, choose your desired Talent Day and in 3 simple steps, you'll complete your application for the event.
Once you've successfully applied for an event, you'll receive a confirmation email and should hear from us within 3-5 working days.
Upon completing your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Thereafter, we try our best to get back to you within a week. Due to the high number of applications we receive for each event, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks before you get a response from us about the outcome of your application. As we individually review each application to ensure the best fit and relevance for you and the companies, this does take some time and we ask for your patience and understanding in the matter.
Absolutely! You can apply to as many TalentSpace events as you want. The selection criteria for each event is specific to that particular event and companies taking part in each of them.
Tickets are not transferable.
If for any unfortunate reason, you are unable to attend a Talent Day, we would highly appreciate it if you could inform us in advance. Due to the limited number of places available at the event, it would be a shame if one of these spots were to remain empty.
