The Talent Summit is a recruiting experience that has been designed from the ground up. Contrary to the impersonal, anonymous and awkward recruiting events you might be used to, our events focus on adding the biggest value to you, the talent.
At the Talent Summit, we host a wide variety of programs from workshops and insight sessions to interviews that are designed to foster relationships and get you one step closer to your dream job.
The Talent Summit is for top digital talents interested in connecting with forward-thinking companies. We do, however, focus on early-career professionals, meaning students (including MBAs), graduates, and young professionals (<5 years experience).
While many participating talents come from the best universities and have work experience in digital companies, we encourage anyone to apply. Previous participants have included a molecular biologist, a former government official, and army personnel.
Unfortunately, to be able to provide you with the best TalentSpace experience at each Talent Summit, we charge a small fee for participation. The Berlin Talent Summit costs 89€ and covers the transportation, the program, as well as food & beverages throughout the duration of the summit.
Although we'd love to offer participation free of charge, we've realized that having a fee is the best way to ensure that people truly value the experience and commit to the program. That said, we work tirelessly with sponsors to reduce the cost of tickets so that they remain affordable while you get the maximum experience.
While we would love for everyone to participate in our events, we do have limited spots at our Talent Summits. As applications are considered on a rolling basis - the earlier you apply, the higher your chances of getting accepted. Interested talents are thus encouraged to apply early.

Thereafter, you'll have access to the event dashboard with an overview of all the upcoming events, choose your desired Talent Summit and in 3 simple steps, you'll complete your application for the event.
Once you've successfully applied for an event, you'll receive a confirmation email and should hear from us within 3-5 working days.
Upon completing your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Thereafter, we try our best to get back to you within a week. Due to the high number of applications we receive for each event, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks before you get a response on the outcome of your application. As we individually review each application to ensure the best fit and relevance for you and the companies, this does take some time and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding in the matter.
Tickets are not transferable. You’ll need to show proof of identification when registering at the summit on the first day of your arrival.
If, for any unfortunate reason, you are unable to attend the Berlin Talent Summit, we would highly appreciate it if you could inform us in advance. Due to the limited number of places available at the event, it would be a shame if one of these spots were to remain empty.
The health of our participants, partners, and employees has always been the highest priority for us, and so, after closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 crisis over the last weeks, with a heavy heart we have to announce that the physical experience of the Berlin Talent Summit 2020 is postponed to a later date this year. We’re really sorry to postpone this event, the BTS has always been a highlight in the past for participants, partners and our team, so we’re hopeful that we’ll be able to bring everyone physically together again later in the year.
While the physical experience of the BTS20 is postponed, we're already working hard to develop an online version that still offers the same exclusive insights into companies, possibilities to connect and engage with their employees and find out about opportunities.
