The unlimited possibilities to grow TikTok’s brand, community, and her own professional skills, keeps Joanna’s job exciting. A project close to her heart was the live stream from the BRIT Awards Red Carpet with two creators that had thousands of people tuning in via the app. As the first project she organized after joining the company, this was a huge accomplishment for her. Since then she has created countless hashtag challenges to engage TikTok’s creators and is always on the lookout for what’s trending in and outside of TikTok.
