While Raisin isn’t a family business in the traditional sense, the way in which people feel about the company and treat others give it a true familial atmosphere. And like a lot of large families, they go on regular big trips together. Every year, the company takes the whole team on an annual retreat either to a location in Germany or abroad. It’s the ideal opportunity to look back at Raisin’s achievements, to discuss the strategy for the upcoming year, and to get together in a more informal setting. It’s also the perfect way to really get to know team members, meet new hires, and strengthen team bonds. Raisin has not just been growing the family in terms of hiring more employees, but also by making a number of company acquisitions.
