The one thing that excites the team every morning is the fact that they’re building something brand new. As they’re setting the standard in the recruiting industry, everything they do is being done for the first time. No one on the team has been previously involved in the recruiting industry, and this outsider mentality brings a different perspective and a fresh way of looking at things. There are always new tests to run, new companies to speak with, new cities to expand to and new talents to engage with. Team members grow in tandem with the company and wear many different hats, thus allowing them to harness skills in many different areas. One thing’s for certain, there’s never a dull moment in the TalentSpace office.
