kollex is a Berlin-based startup created through a joint venture of the three beverage-industry heavyweights Coca-Cola European Partners, Bitburger Braugruppe and Krombacher Brauerei. kollex is building an online platform that enables restaurants to place beverage orders directly with their suppliers, thus pioneering the digitalization of the B2B beverage industry. With no dominant players in the market yet, creating the platform for this high growth market has kept the kollex team busy.
