After a challenging work week, the team comes together on Fridays for “10x”; a recap of the week’s accomplishments and what they are looking forward to in the upcoming week. To kick-start the weekend, beer and pizza with the whole team follows at the stroke of 6pm. This beloved Friday tradition is an opportunity for the team to share some laughs, play a few rounds of ping pong and wind down after a challenging week. Come Monday morning, the team moves into a new work week with a group breakfast to recalibrate and settle into their tasks for the week.
